Covered in Carhartt: Flame-Resistant Twill Coverall/Unlined [Review]

I’ve recently been introduced to multiple products in Carhartt’s Flame-Resistant line and I’m equally impressed by all of them. What impresses me more, however, is Carhartt’s ability to develop a wide variety of pieces while maintaining the flame-resistant protection. I have lightweight short and long-sleeve t-shirts that keep me cool, I have a Canvas Shirt-Jack for chiller days and nights, and now I have the Flame-Resistant Traditional Twill Coverall for when I really need to be protected.

The comfort and fit of this piece tops any other coverall. Another great feature is the abundance of pockets. I really like the two pass-through pockets on my thighs. Especially because I need to apply chap stick every 30 minutes and when I forget to transfer my pockets over it’s no big deal because of the pass-through. The two-way main zip along with the triple stitched seams makes it apparent that this coverall will stand up to the Carhartt durability and functionality that I’m used to.

The sizing is worth a mention because I went up significantly when ordering these. I’m usually a size 34x32 in Carhartt but got a size 38 tall. I would definitely suggest going up a size or two so these don’t sneak up into unwanted parts.

If you’re in the market for some flame-resistant gear definitely browse Carhartt’s line, their variety ensures something for everyone.
